Delivering Excellence in Food Safety

To excel in this Quality Assurance Manager role, you will lead and manage quality systems, food safety practices, and compliance in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

  1. Lead QA Team: Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards by guiding and mentoring your team.
  2. Develop Quality Systems: Establish and maintain robust quality management systems, policies, and procedures that align with industry best practices.
  3. Audit and Inspect: Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to guarantee product quality and regulatory compliance.
  4. Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing quality systems, processes, and product consistency.
  5. Investigate Non-Conformances: Resolve quality issues through effective corrective actions.
  6. Manage Suppliers: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
  7. Train and Lead: Provide training and guidance on quality and safety procedures to your team.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven QA Experience: Manage quality assurance teams in fast-paced food manufacturing environments.
  2. Strong Knowledge: Possess in-depth understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  3. Excellent Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive results and inspire your team.
  4. Quality Control Expertise: Audit, inspect, and review quality control processes effectively.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze and resolve complex quality issues efficiently.
  6. Education: Hold a degree or qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
