Job Title:

Food Safety Quality Executive

The Food Safety Quality Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective food safety and quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement in all food safety processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the site's food safety and quality systems in line with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and customer requirements.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the food safety and quality team, developing their skills and promoting a strong food safety culture.
  • Oversee risk management processes, implementing corrective actions and ensuring effective resolution of customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and identify opportunities for improvement in food safety and quality processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in food safety and quality management within a food manufacturing or fulfillment environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
