Ecommerce Customer Support Associate

You will be the frontline for our online customers, handling queries via email and phone with speed and care. You will guide customers through orders, returns, and product questions, making their experience seamless.

You will also manage escalations and high volumes during peak trade, supporting the team by covering breaks and jumping in when demand spikes. Additionally, you will be the voice of our customer, flagging improvements to make our eComm experience even better.

We're looking for a calm, confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments. Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication are essential.
