We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of strata properties.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing portfolios, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • This role involves liaising with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of strata properties.
  • Key responsibilities include budgeting, contract management, and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A degree in business administration or a related field is desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in strata management or property management is required.
  • Certificate of Registration and Strata License - Desirable
  • Strong knowledge of strata regulations and bylaws is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
