Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Answering incoming calls and emails with professionalism, redirecting as necessary.
- Processing sales orders, managing customer queries, and providing administrative support.
- Supporting sales efforts, including generating quotations and managing customer accounts.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Italian food products is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for data processing and administrative tasks.
- Adaptability and self-motivation.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and using sound judgment.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, along with respect for others.
- Team player with patience and commitment to maintaining high standards.
