As a key brand ambassador, you will support the Service Manager in driving productivity, efficiency, and profitability by delivering quality workmanship and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across all service operations.

- Book customer vehicles for servicing, ensuring accurate scheduling and clear communication of appointment details.
- Prepare and deliver detailed quotes and repair estimates, addressing customer questions and gaining approval where required.

- Work closely with the Workshop Controller to monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
