What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted HR Business Partner, you'll provide timely and practical advice, coaching, and support to managers and staff across a range of people matters, from performance and change management to job evaluation and employee relations. You'll:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and staff, becoming their go-to advisor.
  • Provide consistent, professional guidance across a range of HR issues.
  • Support and coach line managers to build their confidence and capability.
  • Visit different sites across the district to connect with the workforce, build relationships, and understand local needs.
  • Conduct grading and job evaluations to ensure organisational alignment.
  • Assist with investigations and grievance management, applying a solid understanding of HR processes.

Additional Information
  • An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.
  • To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia.
