What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted HR Business Partner, you'll provide timely and practical advice, coaching, and support to managers and staff across a range of people matters, from performance and change management to job evaluation and employee relations. You'll:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and staff, becoming their go-to advisor.
- Provide consistent, professional guidance across a range of HR issues.
- Support and coach line managers to build their confidence and capability.
- Visit different sites across the district to connect with the workforce, build relationships, and understand local needs.
- Conduct grading and job evaluations to ensure organisational alignment.
- Assist with investigations and grievance management, applying a solid understanding of HR processes.
- Be part of a supportive, values-led team that invests in your development.
- Gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions and challenges.
- Play a key role in shaping positive workplace culture and supporting meaningful change.
