Now, we're looking for someone special to join us in the role of HR Manager - Client Partnerships. Whether you're experienced or just starting out in HR, if you're driven by relationships, safety, and client satisfaction, this could be the perfect next step.
About the RoleYou'll be the go-to HR contact for a small portfolio of client businesses across different industries, managing everything from day-to-day HR queries to long-term strategic projects. You'll build real connections with your clients, offering both compliance support and creative solutions tailored to their people and culture.
You'll be trusted to:Support your clients with:
- Employment contracts and policy development
- Onboarding, offboarding, and team culture improvement
- Performance review processes and PIPs
- Fair Work compliance and safety-based advice
- Career mapping, SOPs, and organisational charts
- Day-to-day people issues that pop up in real businesses
Manage relationships and timelines:
- Lead client meetings and onboarding calls
- Keep work on track and deliver to deadlines
- Provide updates and communicate proactively
- Flag when clients may benefit from additional support or services
Work across the big picture and the detail:
- Think ahead, spot risk, and recommend better systems
- Partner with marketing to share content ideas
- Use our systems and templates to stay organised
- Bring ideas and insight to each client conversation
You're someone who builds rapport easily, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping others. You might already be in HR, or you might be coming from a people-focused admin, leadership, or operations background. Either way, if you've got the right mindset, we're ready to support your development.

- Bonus points for knowledge of the Fair Work Commission and multiple industry exposure
