Job Opportunity: Employment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others by helping job seekers become work-ready and find sustainable employment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Source employment opportunities for your job seekers
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills, abilities and secure employment
  • Delivering ongoing outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Creating and implementing a joint job plan with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organisations

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
