Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and selecting plants for orders
  • Fulfilling picklists and preparing plants for dispatch
  • Operating machinery and ensuring efficient plant maintenance
  • Assisting with irrigation and maintaining plant presentation

Requirements:

  • Available to work Monday to Friday
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
  • Follow directions easily and work quickly in a team environment
  • Responsible and self-motivated with initiative
  • Willing to work in all-weather conditions
  • Eye for detail with plant maintenance and presentation
  • Plant knowledge and experience with nursery machinery an advantage
  • Own transport with a current driver's license
  • Local resident
