**Job description**

Walls Nursery is a wholesale production nursery located in Cecil Park NSW. We specialise in potted flowering lines that sell to Florists and the wider nursery industry on the East Coast.

We are looking for experienced Nursery Hands to join our team.

Reporting to the Nursery Manager your responsibilities will include a variety of nursery and production related tasks. These include:
Assist with the coordination of daily tasks

Dispatch of orders

Deliveries - MR Licence REQUIRED

Product maintenance

Production

**Requirements**:At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in the nursery industry

Tertiary qualifications in Horticulture or a similar field, forklift licence and Chemical Certificate will be an advantage.

Understanding of nursery production processes and farming practices

Ability to follow instructions in the safe operation of nursery plant and equipment

Understanding of safe use of nursery chemicals including pesticides, insecticides and herbicides

Ability to follow procedures and guidelines and knowledge of health and safety.

This is a full time position of 40 hrs. per week on Salary.

Car and licence is essential as there is no public transport nearby.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Nursery: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- MR Licence (preferred)
