**Nursery Hand - Field Picker**

Lots-A-Colour Nursery is located in the suburb of Canoelands (near Glenorie). We are currently looking for an enthusiastic person to fill our Nursery Hand - Picker role.

**Essential Criteria**
- Available to work Monday to Friday.
- Between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm (later finish during peak times).
- Be physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Follow directions easily.
- Work quickly and efficiently in a team environment.
- Be responsible and self-motivated with initiative.
- Be willing to work in all-weather conditions (Plants are grown in the full sun).
- Eye for detail with plant maintenance and presentation.
- Plant knowledge and experience with nursery machinery an advantage.
- Have own transport with a current drivers licence.
- Live locally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Selecting and picking plants for orders.
- Following and fulfilling picklists.
- Preparing, cleaning and labeling plants for dispatch.
- Operating tractors and other machinery.
- Watering plants and assisting with irrigation.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal

**Salary**: $27.46 per hour
