
Claims Outcomes Optimiser

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Claims Team as a Claims Outcomes Optimiser. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimising recovery outcomes within our Injury Prevention (IP) and Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) portfolios.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within an Occupational or Vocational Rehabilitation field or other allied health discipline. They will have the ability to identify and develop strategies to overcome biopsychosocial issues, knowledge and experience working in compensable disability management environments (Life incl. IP and TPD, CTP, Workers comp etc.), and the ability to coach and impart knowledge, including an uplift of skills of case managers.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**- Extensive experience in claims management, particularly in injury prevention and total and permanent disablement portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies to overcome biopsychosocial issues
- Strong knowledge and experience working in compensable disability management environments
- Ability to coach and impart knowledge to case managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
