Workforce Optimisation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Optimisation Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Resource Management team, you will be responsible for leading strategic workforce planning sessions and driving efficient workforce solutions.

Job Description:

  • Resource Management: You will provide visibility and understanding of current and upcoming demand and supply across the organisation, driving optimal resource distribution.
  • Workforce Planning: You will lead strategic workforce planning sessions to understand full-time equivalent (FTE), utilisation, outlook, and pipeline for informed resourcing decisions.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: You will analyse workforce data to identify trends, forecast needs, and provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Talent: You will work closely with Recruitment to ensure recruitment and resourcing activity is aligned with demand, skill gaps, and diversity metrics.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leveraging your analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Developing and implementing effective workforce strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Providing expert guidance on resource management best practices.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in resource management and/or supply and demand management within professional services.
  • Ability to understand the business and learn the unique skills, needs, desires, and goals of our people.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
