Business Operations Coordinator Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support and enhance our supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing supply, demand, and production planning for assigned brands, coordinating transport bookings, and ensuring the accurate and timely handling of importation and operational documentation.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless and efficient execution across all aspects of the supply chain, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, and production planning
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and has experience with ERP systems
- Familiarity with international shipping
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
