Sales and Customer Experience Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Experience Leader to join our team in Melbourne, VIC.

This is a key leadership role that requires the right individual to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store presentation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience, be customer-focused, and possess strong retail skills.

  • Leading a team of up to 20 team members and coaching them to achieve sales targets.
  • Driving the company values with your store team and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
  • Liaising with colleagues to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store.
  • Preparing and monitoring sales reports and store/team compliance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and coach team members, and be results-driven. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
