We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead our team of Cardiac Physiologists and Sonographers in Australia.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and service excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve KPIs and professional growth.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize clinical workflows and data management processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Lead or People Management role.
- Background in a clinical or healthcare field (Cardiac experience desirable).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Annual PiSCA Membership
