About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Support Coordinator to join our team at JELD-WEN AS. As a key member of our support function, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate installation schedules of our products, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and manage service paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and resolving warranty claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the After Sales Support Coordinator to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. You should be highly organized, able to multitask, and prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
