About Trend Windows and Doors

We are a leading manufacturer of windows and doors in Australia, with a reputation for quality, innovation, and design. Our company is part of a larger group that includes iconic brands such as Corinthian Doors, Stegbar Windows & Doors, and Aneeta Window Systems.

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be part of our Bayswater branch team, providing administration support to our Sales team and delivering exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include scheduling appointments, processing sales orders, generating energy rating reports, and responding to customer inquiries.

We are looking for a well-organized team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. You will have previous exposure or ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM SAP and be committed to a full-time role.

About the Role

  • Provide administration support to the Sales team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and process sales orders
  • Generate energy rating reports
  • Respond to customer inquiries
