This is a permanent, full-time position focused on administration and facility management for community health centers as integrated care hubs.

The Role

The Sub Acute, Aged, and Community Services (SAACS) stream is responsible for the administration and facility support of thirteen community-based health facilities in central and rural locations. This role supports service delivery through administrative and facility management services across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will ensure the effective functioning of Community Health Centers as integrated acute, sub-acute, and intermediate care hubs, supporting the Department's long-term healthcare plan for more care in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the SAACS stream
  • Manage facilities across multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in administration and facility management. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with high discretion and confidentiality.
