Technical Leadership Role

This position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of key capability enhancements in workforce management, referral management, finance management, and clinical scribing. The goal is to minimize technology business continuity risks by eliminating aged or ineffective systems, balancing technical expertise with business acumen to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand application architecture, security protocols, finance, and operational delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal data governance standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and steering committees.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Drive issue resolution and change management processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
Necessary Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in delivery/project management for applications including workforce management, referral management, and finance management.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
