Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering and strategic HR leadership.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
