About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team at LION Digital as a Head of Social Media. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media vision and strategy to drive our marketing and sales performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Content Development: Regularly develop, design and implement new content and strategies to engage audiences and grow our social media channels.
  • Visual Content Creation: Create highly engaging and appealing visual content in accordance with our brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Planning: Schedule, plan and execute all content necessary for social media.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients and responding to all enquiries across our major social platforms.
  • Industry Networking: Regularly connect and communicate with industry professionals to establish a vast and strong network.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Continuously evolve our channels and content strategy through thorough data analysis and drive the company's performance.
