Job Title:

A Business Operations Associate position that fosters growth and trust.

About the Role:

You'll join a dynamic finance team of seven, led by an experienced Finance Manager who prioritizes employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support month-end and year-end processing
  • Assist with accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage bank reconciliations (weekly & monthly)
  • Oversee payroll for approximately 100 staff members
  • Own credit card process and assist with audit preparation
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified Accountant with at least 12 months of experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Adaptability, willingness to learn, and a strong cultural fit
