Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Operations Associate to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and organized professional to drive key initiatives, manage sensitive matters, and support executive functions.

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships across the organization to drive business outcomes.

As a Strategic Operations Associate, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships, drive projects that align with our CEO's strategic agenda, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex business processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to inform decision-making.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
