We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our client's residential home building business.
- This key position is responsible for entering and maintaining accurate accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) data, ensuring supplier invoices align with purchase orders to prevent discrepancies.
- The ideal candidate will record and reconcile invoices on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure timely payment, review and resolve any discrepancies in credit card statements promptly.
- This role also involves assisting with general administrative tasks and other accounts functions as required.
- You have 3+ years of experience working in a similar role for a residential builder, commercial builder, or building supplier.
- Candidates with expertise in either AP or AR are welcome to apply.
- You possess exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric focus.
- You are able to work autonomously, take initiative, and remain solutions-focused.
The successful candidate will be well-organized, efficient, and have excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a keen eye for detail, are essential for this role.
