About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Humanitarian Fundraising Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Philanthropy department, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth through building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager – Philanthropy, you will be accountable for soliciting gifts, cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of individual donors giving at a high value, and managing associated reporting and administration.
  • You will deliver high-touch, creative, and bespoke relationship-focused fundraising activities to strengthen our journey of change within the Philanthropy team.
  • In addition to supporting the Philanthropy team with strategy development and execution, you will contribute to projects and collaborate with the broader Engagement department to ensure effective delivery of fundraising targets and initiatives.
What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in relationship or campaign fundraising, with a track record of success in securing high-value donations.
  • Knowledge of broad fundraising principles and industry practices, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, colleagues, and partners.
