We are seeking a high-performing support professional to provide top-level assistance to our Director, working within one of Sydney's most successful luxury real estate teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a busy schedule and delivering exceptional support
  • Coordinating photoshoots, inspections, and appointments with precision
  • Preparing key agency documents, appraisals, and presentations
  • Running comprehensive campaigns from start to finish and keeping clients, vendors, and suppliers informed
  • Organising marketing efforts and ensuring everything is ready for openings and auctions
  • Overseeing the exchange-to-settlement process with expertise
