
Exceptional Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of our care home.
Your primary focus will be on supporting employees through various administrative tasks, including roster management, payroll, training, compliance, and recruitment activities. You will also be involved in resident placement, concierge, and reception duties, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other staff members, including General Managers, to achieve our organization's goals.
As a Business Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, working together to provide high-quality care and services to our residents and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Patient and Compassionate: Working in a care home requires a calm and patient approach, with a sunny disposition.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Diplomacy and proactive communication are essential in this role, particularly when interacting with worried families or confused residents.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite Skills
- Previous Administrative/Customer Service Experience
- Previous Experience in Rosters, Payroll, and HR Functions
