Job Title: Project Support Officer

As a key player in our team, you will support the delivery of complex high-profile projects through administrative and operational assistance.

You will work alongside multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project activities in accordance with Defence standards and tight timelines.

Responsibilities will include scheduling, coordination, stakeholder liaison, and documentation support, requiring a proactive and detail-focused approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and scheduling of project activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and registers.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
  • Provide administrative assistance to project managers, including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and correspondence management.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, assisting in the implementation of mitigation strategies.

Essential qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project support or administration roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the defence or government sector.
