Project Management Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the delivery of multiple projects, leading a team of professionals in planning and execution.

As Project Manager Lead, you will oversee all phases of project management, from planning to execution, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. Your expertise in program management will be instrumental in achieving growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and control project delivery programs in accordance with established policies and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including headquarter elements and other dependent projects.
  • Provide Program Management and reports to the Account Director.
  • Undertake Project Management Strategy and Analysis to establish future documentation and plans to support capability and deliver outcomes to the client.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Relevant degree qualifications (Engineering, Business).
  • Exceptional project and program management experience, with a particular focus on outcomes delivery.
  • Contract management (ASDEFCON) or professional consulting experience.
  • Defence Industry experience.
  • Strong client and staff engagement, relationship and communications skills.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Current Defence security clearance at NV1.
  • Ability to access ITAR material.
