About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Leadership and Strategy Director to join our team at Brand Collective. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail strategies that drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement retail strategic plans aligned with brand direction to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new store opportunities, optimize store layouts, and improve customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and drive financial results.
  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and oversee expenses to ensure profitable operations across all channels.
  • Lead and motivate large teams, fostering a high-performance culture and driving performance through coaching, training, and constructive feedback.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within retail or high-sales turnover environments.
  • Strong industry expertise, keen aesthetic sense, and deep brand affinity.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams, motivating them effectively, and driving business growth.
  • Possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to think strategically, manage change effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
