We're seeking an experienced Product Leadership Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing, defining, building and delivering products that transform our business model for hirers. As owner of a high profile strategic product portfolio, the role has responsibility for products, services and new initiatives of high strategic importance, dedicated to solving important problems for SEEK and hirers.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in B2 B/B2 C product management, ideally within online marketplaces or ecommerce, and a deep understanding of agile software development and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

We offer competitive salary package, estimated at around $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as access to workshops, conferences & courses while you work alongside seasoned experts. You'll also enjoy flexible working arrangements, including the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per financial year.

This role requires strong leadership & coaching skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing product managers, as well as excellent communication & influence skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated ideas to diverse partners.
