About the Role
We're looking for an Admin Support Officer to join our Customer Engagement team. As an Admin Support Officer, you'll be responsible for daily data processing and cleansing, uploading leads for outbound sales teams, and managing administration inboxes. You'll also provide customer support to corporate account holders and assist with promotions, including customer mailouts.
About You
We're looking for someone with strong administrative and process-driven skills, prior experience in an administrative or customer support role is desired. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a diverse team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll also need to be able to confidently use Microsoft Excel and navigate through large data sets.
