Events & Weddings Operations Supervisor (Food & Beverage) - Hospitality Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Lancemore Hotel Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of room setup, service delivery, and sequence according to contractual obligations, guest expectations, and company-established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Organize and control the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage facilities of the hotel, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining a consistent satisfactory service standard.
- Event Execution: Assist in the execution of events, adhering to finalized and approved BEOs, and maintaining a high level of service delivery standard.
- Accounting and Finance: Assist the Manager in preparing accounts, ensuring accurate charges are posted on a timely basis.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain constant and updated communications with relevant departments, ensuring all staff are aware of their responsibilities in association with function activities.
- Guest Service: Provide smooth, efficient, and courteous service to guests during functions.
- Room Setup and Maintenance: Ensure that all function rooms are set up as per function sheets and maintained in a clean and secure manner.
- Training and Development: Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the training and development of all function and breakfast staff, maintaining a detailed training log.
- Operations and Maintenance: Be familiar with all operations concerning breakfast and event service delivery, ensuring all equipment is in full working order at all times.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all function rooms are clear and secure each evening post-event and that the events store areas are clean, tidy, and secure at all times.
