Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and weddings, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of events and weddings, ensuring that all details are meticulously managed and executed to perfection.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are working efficiently to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and control the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage facilities, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that the facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including event details, staff performance, and customer feedback.
- Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service, and that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and quality. You will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with experience in event planning and management. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a team player, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality. You will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
