Events & Weddings Operations Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events & Weddings Operations Supervisor to join our team at Lancemore Hotel Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and weddings, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of events and weddings, ensuring that all details are meticulously managed and executed to perfection.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the events and weddings team, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure the efficient delivery of events and weddings.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure that all events and weddings are executed to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure that all events and weddings are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our guests.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all events and weddings are being executed to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Events & Weddings Operations Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and quality. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a strong background in events and weddings, with experience in managing large-scale events and weddings. You will be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You will be a team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will be highly adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
