Land-Based Gaming Technician

Innovative and technical professionals are sought to join our team in delivering exceptional service to gaming machines and products across the globe. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in representing our brand through on-site visits and phone calls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing field installations, conversions, and upgrades to a high standard
  • Recording and reporting work completion, ensuring all pertinent data is collected
  • Developing and delivering operator and technical training to venue staff as required
  • Escalating faults to ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Managing work schedules efficiently to meet customer and sales team needs

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve operations and streamline work processes
  • Traveling interstate or internationally as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a field technician with strong electro-mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in EGMs, MTGMs, and utility products in a support or maintenance capacity
  • Formal certification in a technical discipline (advantageous)
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
