Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Innovation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing innovative poker machine games that maximize player appeal and game performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts for new poker machine games that cater to diverse player preferences.
  • Design math models, including base game/free games, bonus features, and payback percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and other relevant metrics.
  • Implement programming tools to verify math models and analyze gameplay characteristics.
  • Create submission documents for regulatory bodies.
  • Review calculations to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of new mathematical methods and improve existing ones.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to address math-related compliance issues.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in mathematics, particularly probability and statistics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including linking and formulas to dynamically calculate probabilities and describe complex probabilistic events.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and high personal integrity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to convey complex mathematical concepts.
