About the RoleAs a Senior Podiatrist with our High Risk Foot Service, you will be responsible for providing specialist care to clients with chronic disease-related and high-risk foot conditions. Your primary objective will be to reduce avoidable hospital presentations and admissions, promoting health independence and wellness for our clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills and experience in managing complex patient cohorts. You will also possess strong coordination and leadership abilities to oversee the daily operations of the service.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and can work effectively in an interdisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles and be able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist clinical interventions for clients with high-risk foot conditions
- Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the High Risk Foot Service
- Cover a senior podiatrist who is on leave
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Podiatry or a related field
- Strong clinical skills and experience in managing complex patient cohorts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary setting
