We are a dynamic, multi-faceted residential development and construction company with over six decades of experience in Australian residential design.
As House and Land Coordinator, you will support our Queensland Housing Business in completing H&L Packages for our Retail Housing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing House & Land packages for the sales team using Runway software
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings, Plan of Subdivisions, and Estate Design Guidelines
- Sourcing land to package onto
- Maintaining relationships with land agents and developing new ones
- Managing stock lists and portals
- Providing general admin support to the sales team
- Liaising with internal Sales Consultants on retail packages
- Creating reports and workflow documentation as needed
This role requires a professional approach in all dealings with clients, face-to-face, by phone, or written correspondence.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar roles within the residential construction industry. A sound level of acumen across the Microsoft suite is essential, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- 12 months of experience preferred
- Ability to site plans accurately and meet estate guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail
