Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our property development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

This is a highly visible role that requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of property development projects from planning to completion
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and 2+ years of experience in property development or construction management. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Australia is also essential.
