Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Support Services Coordinator to join our team in delivering high-quality customer care in a residential setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and guiding House Leaders and Lifestyle Assistants to ensure consistent and compliant practices in the support of our participants.

About the Role

  • Coordinate and manage staff rosters for multiple houses
  • Provide effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and management
  • Support House Leaders and Lifestyle Assistants to deliver high-quality customer care
  • Drive consistent and compliant practices in the support of participants

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving positive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to staff performance and participant outcomes
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop professional development plans
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in peer review processes

Requirements
  • Unlimited rights to work in Australia
  • Certificate IV in Individual Support or higher qualifications
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Strong reporting and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Good IT skills and experience in client management systems
  • Strong time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple services
  • Proven ability to manage teams with positive results
  • Strong understanding of changing standards and codes of conduct in the industry
  • Ability to resolve conflicts in a timely manner
