Residential Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily management of our residential portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 130 properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
This includes overseeing repairs and maintenance management, working closely with tenants and trades, conducting regular inspections, managing bond processes, taking property photos, handling landlord insurance, property compliance, and advertising.
The Property Manager will also be required to attend tribunal hearings as needed.
">- A current QLD Real Estate License is required
- An Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicle are necessary
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities are essential
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills are a must
- In-depth knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations is required
- A Monday-to-Friday role (no Saturdays required)
- A company-provided car during working hours
