We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping departments at UniLodge properties. This is a permanent full-time role that offers the chance to lead a committed team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the thorough cleanliness of guest accommodations, public areas, and service spaces in line with established standards.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and performance management to maintain high operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of housekeeping personnel.
  • Address guest feedback and complaints in accordance with company policies, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
  • Conduct daily inspections of arrival rooms to uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on results and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work across multiple properties as needed.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, including weekends.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Prepared to undergo a National Police Check.
