Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IAM Program Security Lead to oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Identity and Access Management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically lead the development and implementation of our IAM program
  • Oversee the integration of multiple IAM technologies to ensure secure and compliant identity solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and ensure seamless deployment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • 16+ years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments
  • Proven expertise in Okta (Workforce and CIAM), SailPoint IdentityNow, and related IAM technologies
  • Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), authentication flows, and access governance
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Oracle Directory Services, LDAP schema, and directory integrations
  • Familiarity with IAM technologies such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, RSA, Radiator, Microsoft Entra ID
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, CCPA)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Okta and/or SailPoint certifications (Architect, Professional)
  • Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Background in telecom or service provider environments
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
