Identity and Access Management Architect

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with experience in overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of IAM programs.

About the Role:
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives across workforce and customer identity domains, leveraging platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, RSA, and other IAM technologies.
  • Drive secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions by combining technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 16+ years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proven expertise in Okta (Workforce and CIAM), SailPoint IdentityNow, and related IAM technologies.
  • Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), authentication flows, and access governance.
