Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students studying finance, business, IT, marketing, communications, or human resources to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional environment. As part of our First Nations Traineeship program, you will have the chance to grow, learn, and thrive while receiving support every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities- Gaining hands-on experience in one of four key areas: finance, IT, clients & markets, or people & development.
- Access to tailored training and development programs to support your growth.
- Contribution to community initiatives through our Community Connect program, engaging in meaningful volunteering experiences.
- Growing your network through social events, sports, and a range of fun and exciting activities.
- You must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and be accepted as such by your community.
- You should be studying finance, business, IT, marketing, communications, or human resources at an Australian university.
- You must be available to work 1-3 days per week (flexible hours) and be paid for your work.
- You should have a positive attitude, a genuine curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- A supportive community that values your voice, ideas, and unique perspective.
- Ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.

- A competitive salary package ($65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location), which includes a base salary, superannuation, and other benefits.
