The NSW Police Force is seeking an Aboriginal Employment & Engagement Senior Officer to support the delivery of a connected workforce with an exceptional employee experience.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing strategies, programs, and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice to Commands to assist in the delivery of culture and corporate strategies.
As an identified role, this position is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants only, in accordance with the NSW Police Force Aboriginal Employment Strategy. To be eligible, you must be of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent, identify as being an Aboriginal person, and be accepted by the Aboriginal community as defined by the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983.
